Instrumental Music

The St. Timothy School Band offers a convenient way for your child to learn a musical instrument at school and participate in concerts and other musical events.

Classes meet weekly and are very affordable compared to private lessons.

Band members perform in Christmas and spring concerts as well as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Eighth graders go on a field trip in the spring to hear the San Francisco Symphony perform.

There are three levels: beginning band (first year), intermediate band (second year) and advanced band (third year and beyond).
