Both boys and girls in grades 4-8 are eligible to play after school sports. Parent volunteers are solicited to direct and coach the teams which participate in league competitions. Athletics Activities

Field Day - Events such as relay races and obstacle courses are featured in a springtime field day that includes all students. Each team consists of players of all ages, and prizes are awarded to the winning team.

Black & Gold Tournament - One of the highlights of the basketball season is the annual Black/Gold Tournament. The 8th graders are assigned to coed teams and play a very spirited game. The entire student body attends this event. Each class is assigned a particular team to cheer for, and the cheerleaders help to promote enthusiasm for each team.

Faculty/8th Grade Softball Game - The 8th graders challenge the faculty in an annual softball game, held at the end of the year. This has been a tradition for over 20 years.
